(1558-1614) 12th caretaker of Ohtani Mausoleum.
During the battle of Ishiyama,he played an important role,fighting a battle
against Nobunaga Oda.In 1580, in reconciliation he objected to his father,
Kennyo that they had to continue fighting. For that reason he was severed
relations with his family. Since his mother,Lady Nyoshun, made Junnyo a
successor, Kyonyo retired .However,in 1602 Ieyasu Tokugawa recommended him to
build the East Hongan-ji Temple, so he established it on the 7th Street of
Karasuma in Kyoto.
